Backyard Birds - Gourd Birdhouse

New for 2024! Our design team collaborated with master carver Pablo Hurtado in Cochas, Peru to bring you these natural gourd birdhouses with popular yard birds from across the US.

Each unique gourd may include the American Goldfinch, American Robin, Blue Jay, Eastern Bluebird, Hairy Woodpecker, House Wren, Mourning Dove, Northern Cardinal, Pileated Woodpecker, Ruby-throated Hummingbird, Tufted Titmouse and/or White-breasted Nuthatch.

Designed and hand-crafted by artists in Peru, our fair trade gourds bring a modern flair to a 4,000-year-old technique. Price is for one birdhouse. Designs come assorted. It has a 1 ¼” opening perfect for small birds like nuthatches, wrens, and bluebirds and comes with drainage holes and a protective coating.
