Refund policy

30 Days Returns

We want you to love the handmade gifts and folk art purchased in our gallery. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return products within 30 days of receiving them. Return policy excludes gift cards, last-of-their-kind and sale items.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please alert us within 30 days of receiving your order. Pack carefully each product with enough padding and ship your box insured and with tracking number to:

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected the returned products arrived in resellable condition, a credit will be applied on your original payment method and we will confirm it. Please be patient and remember it may take a little time for your credit card company to process your refund.

Shipping charges are the buyers' responsibility and are not refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.

Mistakes or Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right. If you received something damaged or in error, we will provide you with a return shipping label and/or will replace it.

Exchanges
If you change your mind and want to swap a product for something else, you are welcome to process your return and place a separate order. Exchanges are considered new orders and new shipping charges will apply.
