Payment

Orders placed within the US are paid by credit card. Your card will be charged once your order gets processed.

For international orders (shipping outside the US), we request payment by bank transfer only and a $15 processing fee will apply for international orders under $150. Sorry, but at this moment we are unable to accept international credit cards. Please read our international terms.

 shown are in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Email Confirmations will keep you updated on your order status. Expect to receive an automatic message confirming your online order. When your order ships your invoice will be emailed to you including a tracking number once your order ships. 

Shipping

Within the continental US

$10 FLAT Shipping within the contiguous United States with standard ground for orders under $100. 
FREE Shipping on orders of $100 or more with standard ground within the contiguous United States.
* Free and Flat shipping offers exclude Alaska, Hawaii & the islands.

To Hawaii, Alaska or US Territories.

Orders Ship with the US Post Office. Shipping costs displayed at  checkout are only estimates. In the event, actual shipping costs are higher than what you saw, we will request your authorization before processing your order.

International (Non-USA destinations)

Priority Mail from the US Postal service is often the most economical way to ship your orders around the world.  IMPORTANT: please note that the shipping costs you may see during checkout are ONLY rough estimates. Our team will confirm your order total including shipping, insurance and processing fee once we gather and pack your order.

* UK customers: at this moment, due to the new VAT requirements of 2021, we regret to inform you we are unable to ship orders to the United Kingdom.

Processing Time

  • Orders are normally processed within 2 - 3 business days for in-stock items. Our warehouse works Monday through Friday only.

In-Transit

  • From our warehouse in Sarasota, Florida a package may take from 1 to 3 business days to your location on the East coast, or up to 5-7 days if you live on the West coast.
  • A tracking number and an estimate delivery date will be emailed once your order ships.
  • Please note that these shipping times are shown for general reference only and may vary. We are not able to guarantee exact arrival dates when shipping by UPS Ground or with Priority from the Postal Office.

30 Day Returns

We want you to love the handmade gifts and folk art purchased in our gallery as much as we do. If for any reason, you are not satisfied and need to return a product, please do so within 30 days of receiving them.  See our Return Policy.

Prior Sale: All orders are subject to prior sale and and availability may change.
