International Terms

  • Processing Fee: a $15 processing fee applies to all international orders. This fee will be waived for orders over $150.
  • International Agreement: download, sign and return this form to formalize your order. 
  • Shipping:  the US postal service is usually the most economical option for shipping packages around the world. Once we know the weight and size of your order, we will inform you of the actual shipping cost. * Please note that what you see during checkout is only a rough estimate.
  • Insurance: as available for your destination, your package will ship insured and most likely will include a tracking number. In the event your box arrives damaged or is lost, you are responsible for submitting a claim to the corresponding carrier in your country. 
  • Custom Fees and Taxes:  when importing products into your country, you are responsible for all and any costs from brokerage fees, duties and taxes associated with your purchase.
  • Import Limitations or Restrictions: To avoid surprises, before placing your order, please find ahead of time if there may be any special requirements, restrictions, and/or tarrifs for the type of products you are buying.
    * UK customers: at this moment, due to the new VAT requirements of 2021, we regret to inform you we are unable to ship orders to the United Kingdom.
    ** EU customers - toy restrictions: our handmade knitted finger puppets comply with the US safety standards. At this moment, they don't have the labeling requirements set for the EU, and so we are unable to ship them to EU destinations.
  • Country of Origin: The “Country of Origin” for most of our handmade collections is PERU, while our Rainforests Masks come from COSTA RICA.
  • Pay by Bank Transfer: Once we calculate your order total including shipping, and receive this form  signed, we will email you instructions for payment. * At this moment, we are unable to accept international credit cards.
  • Returns: we want you to enjoy our handmade products as much as we do, however, if for any reason you decide to return an item, please do so within 30 days of receiving it. Unless a return is due to our mistake, shipping costs, and any money transfer fee associated with your purchase or return are non-refundable.
